Submitting a Request for Quote (RFQ) does not constitute a binding purchase order or contract. A formal contract is only established upon written confirmation by both parties (a signed Purchase Order and our Order Acknowledgment). All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified in writing.
All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and page layouts — is the property of HyperStream Manufacturing or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Technical drawings and CAD files submitted by clients remain the intellectual property of the submitting party. By uploading files, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of preparing your quotation and executing your orders.
We treat all client-submitted technical data, design files, and project specifications as confidential. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to facilitate production under an existing contract. For additional assurance, we encourage you to request an NDA via our contact page.
By uploading files to our platform, you represent that you have the right to share such files and that they do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. We accept the following file types: STEP, IGS, STL, DWG, PDF, and ZIP archives (max 50MB per submission). Files are stored securely and are not accessible via public URL.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HyperStream Manufacturing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from use of this Site shall not exceed USD $100.
This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
